At 80, still busy at it - tinkering with ideas. Since life is short enough, the whole kitchen/ cooking/ cleaning time I have always tried to keep at a minimum. (Apologies to any awesome happy chefs). Several years ago I felt I had graduated by coming up with the 'Dome-Cooking' idea. I know that in Eastern Europe there's a similar method using a brick Pizza oven.
I am, naturally, also aware of the pressure cooker method. Maybe this could be considered a simpleton's way of doing it. i.e. there's NO pressure to this cooking...
